Currency to Toman displays public exchange rates from TGJU and converts visible currency prices on web pages into Iranian toman when the user enables conversion.

Currency to Toman does not collect, sell, or share personal user data. The extension does not collect personally identifiable information, health information, financial or payment information, authentication information, personal communications, location data, web history, or user activity.

Local Storage

The extension uses Chrome local storage only to save settings needed for its features, including:

• whether page conversion is enabled or disabled;
• cached public exchange rates from TGJU;
• optional manual currency rates entered by the user.

This information stays in the user's browser and is used only to provide currency conversion features.

Exchange Rate Source

The extension fetches public exchange rate data from https://www.tgju.org/currency to calculate currency conversions. No personal information is sent to the developer.

Website Content

When conversion is enabled, the extension reads visible text on web pages in the user's browser to detect currency prices and display their toman equivalent. This processing happens locally in the browser. Website content is not transmitted to the developer or sold to third parties.
