This Privacy Policy explains how 6DM - 6arshid Download Manager handles information when you use the application.

1. Information We Collect

6DM is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not require you to create an account to use the core download management features.

The application does not intentionally collect or transmit personally identifiable information such as your name, postal address, phone number, passwords, or private files.

2. Download Information

Download URLs, file names, download history, file paths, queue information, categories, and application settings may be stored locally on your device so that the application can manage and restore your downloads.

This information is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a feature that requires data transmission.

3. Internet Access

6DM requires internet access to download files from URLs selected or provided by you.

When downloading a file, the destination server may receive normal network information such as your IP address, browser or application request headers, and other information required to complete the download.

These communications occur between your device and the server hosting the requested file.

4. Clipboard Access

If clipboard monitoring is enabled, 6DM may inspect clipboard content locally to detect download links.

Clipboard monitoring is optional and can be disabled in the application settings.

Clipboard content is not uploaded to our servers.

5. Browser Integration

If you install or enable a supported browser extension, the extension may send download links to 6DM when you explicitly request a download or enable download interception.

6DM does not intentionally collect browser passwords, saved credentials, browsing history, or unrelated browser data.

6. Authentication Information

If you manually provide credentials, cookies, authentication headers, or access tokens for a download, the application may temporarily use that information to complete the requested download.

Sensitive authentication information should be stored using platform-provided secure storage where applicable and is not intentionally transmitted to us.

7. Cross-Device Features

If you use device pairing or cross-device download transfer, 6DM may transmit download links and related information between devices that you have explicitly paired.

These features are user-controlled and are intended to use authenticated connections.

8. Diagnostics and Logs

6DM may create local diagnostic logs to help identify download, network, or application errors.

Diagnostic logs are stored locally unless you explicitly choose to export or share them.

The application is designed to avoid including passwords, authentication tokens, cookies, and similar secrets in logs.

9. Advertising and Tracking

6DM does not include mandatory advertising and does not use behavioral advertising trackers.

We do not sell your personal information.

10. Analytics

The application does not use analytics or telemetry by default.

If optional diagnostics or telemetry are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated and such features will be disclosed appropriately.

11. File Access

6DM requires access to files and folders selected by you in order to save, manage, open, rename, or delete downloaded files.

The application does not intentionally upload your downloaded files to us.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

6DM allows you to download content from third-party websites and servers.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, availability, security, or terms of third-party websites and services.

Your use of third-party websites may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

13. Children's Privacy

6DM is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the application does not require an account for its core functionality, we do not intentionally request age, identity, or profile information from users.

14. Data Retention

Local download history, settings, queues, and related application data remain on your device until they are deleted by you, removed by the application according to your settings, or removed when application data is cleared or uninstalled.

15. Security

We use reasonable technical measures in the application design to protect locally stored information and network communications.

However, no software or internet communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when application features, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.
